This Page is a warning about Dr Mahumd Kara MD.

 Although I cannot comment on Dr Mahmud Kara's professional ability, I have published these documents to show his lack of moral character.

 Dr. Mahmud Kara rented a snowmobile from American Oak Resort in Houghton Lake Michigan on January 1st 2010. He came with a group of individuals that were frequent visitors of the resort. Dr Mahmud Kara signed a rental agreement form accepting all responsibilities and liabilities with regards to the snowmobile. He signed admitting all responsibility for any and all damages that occur to the snowmobile.

 Dr. Makmud Kara also signed a second document clearly stating he is 100% responsible for and damages and that he approved his credit card for charges resulting from damage to the snowmobile.

In this document it is very clear he was responsible

 Dr. Makmud Kara by his own admission smashed the snowmobile into a tree on Saturday January 2nd 2010 causing significant damage. Dr. Mahmud Kara did not tell us about the damage until everyone in his group left on January 3rd 2010. We took pictures of the damage and put a quick estimate of the damages with a parts list together and Dr Mahmud Kara signed that "estimate" and stated he would pay for the damages. His credit/debit card was declined. Dr Mahmud kara then stated he would add money to his card when he returned home to Streetsborough Ohio on Monday. Dr Mahmud Kara left his telephone number and told us he would be in contact with us on Monday January 4th.

 Dr Mahmud Kara answered one telephone call then began his "dodging". When I called from another number he promptly answered. Dr Mahmud Kara then had some attorney call stating that he should not have to pay for it. I assured him that it was his responsibility and he signed a contract staing just that.

 Dr Mahmud Kara did not 1 penny for the damage that occured, or the fuel and oil that he used. Dr Mahmud Kara is a scammer and a poor excuse for a human being. In 10 years of business it's sad to whitness that a medical professional, who's profession ranks high amoung the list of income earners in the United states, cannot pay his bills. We have had many guests with fewer finacial resources that paid for their damages in full.

 Dr Mahmud Kara owes us $3324.00 plus interest (for 5 years now). I would not recommend Dr. Mahmud Kara for anything as he is a thief. His credit card was declined for $0.10 which leaves me to believe he cancelled the card before he informed us of the damages. That shows intent to defraud.

 Dr Mahmud Kara, you are a fraud and I hope this webpage is a daily reminder of just what a looser you are.

I have scanned copies of all of the documents Dr Mahmud Kara Signed as well as a copy of the letter that was written to him.

 I would avoid any and all business with this man as he is not trustworthy. To think he is a medical professional and acts this way is a "red flag" and a disgrace to other medical professionals. Cancelling a credit card to avoid charges proves what a fraudster he really is.
